A few years ago, Miley Cyrus was all smiles whenever the paparazzi spotted her out at her local Starbucks, but these days, she’s had it. Paparazzi coverage of Cyrus’ day-to-day life has increased even more since her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, struck gold with the role of Gale in “The Hunger Games“.

In fact, it’s gotten so bad that Cyrus is considering a drastic change of scenery. “Highly considering moving back to Nashville. I can’t stand these D Bag paparazzi anymore. Couldn’t even take my dog on a walk today,” she tweeted on Thursday.

Speaking of dogs — Cyrus is considering adding to her family. She’s tweeted that she’s interested in adopting Keller, a dog who was abused and suffers from blindness, chemical burns, and fractured legs, if surgeries to save him are successful. Awww.

Miley Cyrus has appealed to her followers on Twitter to help her find a new home for an injured rescue dog.

The Disney star was hurt to read about the plight of Keller, a three-month-old Chihuahua that had suffered chemical burns and fractures before being taken in by Los Angeles’ Saving Spot! Dog Rescue organisation.

Cyrus has asked her fans to help find a home for Keller, but admits she is keen to take the canine in herself.

In a post on her page, she writes, “Please save this puppy… he deserves a good life possibly a part of the Cyrus Clan.”

Miley Cyrus is not happy with the paparazzi in Los Angeles.

The singer-actress, who’s had clashes with overzealous photographers in the past, had another rough day with the paps on Thursday.

Cyrus took to Twitter to voice her frustration, telling followers, “Highly considering moving back to Nashville. I can’t stand these D Bag paparazzi anymore. Couldn’t even take my dog on a walk today.”

While she’ll probably need to remain in L.A. for her career, it’s clear that the fishbowl atmosphere is wearing thin on Cyrus, who already has to deal with incessant tabloid nonsense.

Miley Cyrus has allowed “petty jealousy” of boyfriend Liam Hemsworth to “take over her life,” claims In Touch. The tabloid says the actress is acting out after The Hunger Games elevated Hemsworth’s profile, allegedly “intent on stealing the spotlight with her bad-girl behavior.”

“She’s willing to do anything for attention,” declares a so-called “insider” for the magazine, which claims a supposed “topless photo” of Cyrus taken at a private party is evidence of her shameless drive for publicity. As In Touch explains, “Miley sees Liam’s career eclipsing her own — when at the start of their relationship, she held all the star power.”

In addition to the “flashing” incident (which In Touch doesn’t bother to support with any actual proof), the tabloid is suspicious of her health regimen. She’s “become obsessed with exercising,” writes the magazine, bizarrely treating it as another example of Cyrus “acting out.” But Cyrus’ “unruly behavior” could “make Liam disappear,” warns the tabloid, quoting a “pal” as saying that Hemsworth is checking out Hollywood “bachelor pads.”

Another In Touch source sums up Cyrus’ state of mind: “She feels like a total failure.” Except the “total failure” here is entirely the tabloid’s.

According to In Touch’s (ahem) “logic,” a superstar like Cyrus is “flashing her breasts” to generate more buzz than The Hunger Games — and to both outdo and keep her boyfriend.

Huh?

She’s also supposedly going all “bad girl” by… exercising.

Again: Huh?

Sources close to both Cyrus and Hemsworth laughed off the In Touch story, telling Gossip Cop the two are as happy and content as ever.

It’s starting to look like the tabloid is the one going overboard in its desperation to find anything wrong with Cyrus and Hemsworth’s relationship.

A couple of weeks ago (24th March), Miley attended Muhammad Ali’s Celebrity Fight Night XIII held at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. When being introduced to perform, the host said:

There are no accidents when people become famous, well known, and have hit records. It’s like you can have one, you can have two, but when you start having three, four, five and six, and changing a generation of young people and having a positive effect on them, that’s what you have with our next guest. She’s matured into a beautiful young woman, she’s a leader, and she sets a great example, and she’s a great human being.

Miley performed You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go with Johnzo West at the event, and she sounded absolutely beautiful! Such a flawless cover! After performing, Miley received astanding ovation from the audience!

On the red carpet, Miley said:

Celebrity Fight Night is awesome just to be a part of it and be here with so many people and also just build relationships with other people that have your same purpose. That really, you get to do amazing things, you get to work, 90% of the year, but taking the 10% of time that you get a little down time and putting it towards the right things is just really really cool and so many people are here tonight and I just think it’s great to be able to have relationships with people that care.

Later in the evening, during the Celebrity Fight Night awards, Miley gave a speech. When she was introduced, the host said:

It is an honour to bring to the stage our first honouree, and we have an amazing guest who in a few short years has become a global star TV and music. She is the Make A Wish Foundation’smost requested female celebrity, having granted 150 wishes to date. And tonight she just granted the wishes of 8 kids with life threatening medical conditions who are wish us here tonight and thank God they are.

Miley presented an award to Bill Austin at the event. Bill founded the Starkey Hearing Foundation, which Miley has taken part in last year, visiting Haiti twice to help out with the foundation. Towards the end of her speech, she got a little teary eyed!

Believe me, I have seen this first hand. I had the oppurtunity to join Bill and the Starkey Hearing Foundation twice last year in Haiti. The experience changed my life and filled me with hope. Many of you have probably heard Bill say, “Alone we can’t do much, together we can change the world”. And he’s right. And tonight is evidence of that. I feel honoured to present this award to him tonight and privileged to call him my friend. Miley’s dad Billy Ray Cyrus recently appeared on The Today Show. During his visit, he was asked about Miley and how she’s doing! He said:

“She’s doing great, she’s working on a new album, and just staying really busy and very happy right now.”

Rumors about Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are heating up in the tabloids again. This time, it has nothing to do with Miley and Liam getting engaged. It has everything to do with Liam’s Hunger Games co-star, Jennifer Lawrence!

Yep, the tabloids are reporting that Miley is a bit jealous of Liam’s close relationship with Ms. Lawrence. They think that Jennifer is stuck in a battle royale with Miley over Liam’s affection. Yikes!

Of course, the rumor mill seems to believe that Cyrus started the catfight:

‘It started when Miley tried to give Jen advice about handling fame,’ says our source. It was a bit of an insult as Jen’s been working since she was 15 – and has already been nominated for an Oscar for Winter’s Bone.’

Of course, according to the same unnamed tabloid sources, Jen told Miley to bug off. The next thing you know, Liam Hemsworth is bragging about enjoying his time on set and Miley Cyrus is mad.

Miley shows up on the red carpet in a revealing outfit, she tweets a photo of a fake engagement ring and the tabloids go nuts. They say that these were all warning signs for Jennifer Lawrence to back off her man.

Of course, there doesn’t seem to be too much truth to any of this. From the sound of things this love triangle is completely fabricated by the gossip rags. Goodness, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth seem to be completely inseparable these days.

This just seems like another case of a tabloid trying to create drama where there isn’t any.

Miley Cyrus and her friends at Youth Service America are ready for Global Youth Service Day, April 20-22, when millions of kids around the world will celebrate kid power through youth service. To join Miley and Get Ur Good On, here are some service events, ideas and inspiration.
